Returns Policy

sera International, MB undertakes to comply with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania, which ensure the rights of buyers. This policy describes the terms and conditions for returns, exchanges and after-sales service for products purchased on our website https://operacinesistema.lt/.
1. Conditions for the return of goods
1.1. 14-day money back guarantee:
Pursuant to Article 6.228(10) of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania, the buyer shall have the right to return the purchased goods within 14 days of receipt, without giving any reason.
1.2 Status of goods
- Returned goods must be:
- Unused and undamaged
- In the original, undamaged packaging
- With all attachments (if applicable)
If the product has been damaged or used, the refund may not be accepted or may be reduced.
1.3. Goods that cannot be returned:
- Software or licences that have been activated
- Personalised goods
1.4. Return costs:
The buyer is responsible for the cost of returning the goods, unless the goods were of poor quality or not the goods ordered.
2. Replacement of goods
2.1 Goods may only be replaced if the goods have been received faulty or defective.
2.2 Exchanges are subject to the same conditions as returns (see point 1.2).
3. Refund process
3.1 To return or exchange an item, please follow these steps:

- Order number
- The name of the product and the reason for the return or exchange
- If the product is faulty, please attach photos
3.2 Upon receipt of your request, we will provide you with detailed return instructions, including details of the shipping address.
3.3. Return via the post office of your choice and keep the delivery receipt as proof of return.
4. Refund of money
4.1 Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receipt and inspection of the goods.
4.2 The money shall be credited to the same account from which the payment was made.
4.3 If postage-paid delivery has been selected, the delivery price is non-refundable (except in the case of low-quality goods).
5. Warranties and defective goods
5.1 If the goods are defective, the warranty service shall be applied in accordance with the requirements of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania.
5.2 You may return the defective product or request a replacement.
