Merce che non pu\u00f2 essere restituita:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Software o licenze attivate<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prodotti personalizzati<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>1.4. Costi di ritorno:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le spese di restituzione della merce sono a carico dell'acquirente, a meno che la merce non sia di scarsa qualit\u00e0 o non sia quella ordinata.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Sostituzione di beni<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>2.1 La merce pu\u00f2 essere sostituita solo se la merce \u00e8 stata ricevuta difettosa o viziata.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2.2 I cambi sono soggetti alle stesse condizioni dei resi (vedi punto 1.2).&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Processo di rimborso<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>3.1 Per restituire o sostituire un articolo, seguire la seguente procedura:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Contattateci via e-mail <a href=\"mailto:help@operacinesistema.lt\">help@operacinesistema.lt<\/a> e fornire le seguenti informazioni:\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Numero d'ordine<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Il nome del prodotto e il motivo del reso o del cambio<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Se il prodotto \u00e8 difettoso, si prega di allegare delle foto<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>3.2 Una volta ricevuta la vostra richiesta, vi forniremo istruzioni dettagliate sulla restituzione, compresi i dettagli dell'indirizzo di spedizione.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3.3. Effettuare la restituzione tramite l'ufficio postale di vostra scelta e conservare la ricevuta di consegna come prova della restituzione.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4.
