Will I get a physical product or a digital licence of Windows 11 Pro?
When you purchase Windows 11 Pro, we will send you the original physical product with USB stick, manual and all original equipment.
Is this the original operating system?
Yes, all our products are genuine, not stolen, cracked or otherwise tampered with.
Will I be able to return the operating system?
Yes, if you change your mind and don't use the operating system, you can return it. Note: The packaging must be unwrapped, not torn, used or otherwise damaged. If the product has been opened or used, no return will be accepted.
What if the licence key doesn't work?
If the licence key does not work, you must provide video footage of you unpacking our operating system and entering the licence key, then if the licence key does not work we will provide you with a replacement digital licence key.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery to a post office in Lithuania takes 1-3 days. You will be notified by SMS and email at the time of checkout when the parcel is delivered to the post office. After delivery, you can come to collect your parcel any day, any time of day.
How do I protect my data with Windows 11 Pro?

How do I install Windows 11 Pro Step-by-Step?
- Switch on your computer and insert the USB stick.
- Start your computer from the USB drive via the BIOS settings.
- Choose your language and time, then click „Install Now“.
- Enter the activation code and continue with the installation.
- Select „Custom Installation“ and specify the drive on which you want to install the system.
- Wait until the installation is complete and set up your account.
How do I make sure my PC is ready for Windows 11?
You can use the official Microsoft PC Health Check tool to check your PC's compatibility with Windows 11. The tool will show you if all the requirements are met.
What if Windows 11 doesn't work properly after installation?
If you have problems, you can:
- Try launching the Troubleshooter function in Settings.
- Update your drivers or install missing updates.
- Contact us and we'll help you solve the problem.
How do I know if my licence is valid?
You can check the validity of your licence via Windows Settings → Update & Security → Activation. There you should see that the system is activated with an authentic key.
Does the licence I have purchased have a time limit?
No, the licence purchased is permanent and has no expiry date if used on the same computer.
How do I protect my computer from viruses with Windows 11?
